Digital order and download help

Lazer Workz artwork, template and laser-settings products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped for these products, so there is no parcel or physical package to send back.

For the terms that apply to your order, read our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. The Refund Policy includes a digital-files section. This help page does not replace those policies or change the terms of an earlier purchase.

Missing, inaccessible or incorrect files

If you cannot access your download, a file will not open, or the contents appear different from the listing, contact file support or email lazerworkzz@gmail.com with your order number, the product and file name, your software/version and the issue you are seeing. We can investigate the order and file involved. Do not purchase the same product again just to resolve an access problem.

Before purchasing a digital file

Check the included contents, formats, model or machine setup, software compatibility and license in the product listing. Templates may need checking and resizing against your exact item; settings are starting points that require testing on your setup.
