Your purchase is a digital download

Lazer Workz artwork, templates and laser settings are delivered as digital files. No physical item is shipped, and no parcel tracking is provided for these products. Check each listing for its exact contents, formats, compatible software and setup before purchasing.

How to access your files

After your payment is confirmed and the order is processed, use the download link associated with your order or the download email sent to the address used at checkout. Check spam or junk folders if you cannot find the email. Delivery and access instructions can differ by product; follow the instructions included with your order.

If a link is missing, expired or does not open, contact us with your order number, purchase email and product name so we can investigate. Do not place another order just to resolve an access problem.

Open a ZIP package

  1. Download the ZIP to your computer.
  2. Extract or unzip the package.
  3. Read any included guide and contents list, then open the appropriate file in compatible software.

Different formats can be alternate exports of the same design. A ZIP file count is not the same as a unique-design count. The product listing describes the offer; contact us if your package appears incomplete or does not match it.

Artwork, templates and settings are different

SVG, DXF, AI and other artwork formats depend on the product. A CLB file is a LightBurn material-settings library rather than artwork. In LightBurn, open Window → Library, choose Load and select the extracted CLB for your setup. Back up an existing library before replacing it.

Check model dimensions and template fit before engraving. Settings are starting points: verify focus and test on a suitable scrap sample of the same material. Match the supported machine and marking field listed with your purchase.
