Shipping policy

Digital downloads

Lazer Workz digital files and settings libraries are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped for a product identified as a digital download, and no shipping charge applies to that digital item.

After your payment is confirmed, use the download link provided with your order. Check the email address entered at checkout and your spam or junk folder. If you cannot find or access your download, email lazerworkzz@gmail.com with your order number and the product name.

Physical items and custom work

If a listing specifically offers a physical item or a custom service, refer to that listing and the shipping options shown at checkout. Contact lazerworkzz@gmail.com before ordering if you need confirmation of shipping availability, timing, or custom-work arrangements. Digital-download delivery does not include shipment of a physical item.
