Digital file and laser settings support
Need help choosing a file, accessing a download or importing a LightBurn library? Use the contact form below or email lazerworkzz@gmail.com.
Include these details so we can check the right file
- Your order number and the email used at checkout, if you have already purchased.
- The product name, selected setup and the file name you are opening.
- Your software name and version, plus the exact error message or a screenshot.
- For laser settings: wattage, laser source/model, lens label and marking-field size (for example, 110 × 110 mm).
A lens focal-length label and the size of its marking field are different measurements. If you are unsure which setup to select, contact us before ordering.
Finding and opening your download
Check the download link associated with your order and the email address used at checkout, including spam or junk folders. If you cannot find or open the link, send your order number so we can investigate. Artwork and settings are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped.
Download ZIP packages to your computer and extract them before opening the files. The formats and contents vary by product; check the listing before buying.
Loading a LightBurn settings library
A CLB file is a material-settings library, not an artwork file. In LightBurn, open Window → Library if the Library panel is hidden, then choose Load and select the extracted CLB file for your setup. Keep a backup of your existing library before replacing it.
Settings are starting points. Verify focus and test on a suitable scrap sample of the same material before engraving your finished item. Do not assume one machine or marking field uses the same settings as another.
